Accessible to All Taskforce
At the Access Sunday Service on October 11th, I spoke about the formation of the Accessible to All (A2A) taskforce. I also encouraged anyone who has interest or a passion on the taskforce to reach out to me.
There is a group forming at this point to look at the audit materials and begin the work involved with this initiative. If you are interested, it’s not too late. Contact Eric Webster or call the church office and leave a message for him 442-2559.
Over the next year, on the 3rd Sunday of each month, we will hear from a different part of this church on what your generosity has brought to bear in changing lives and living into community. Following worship today, we will be handing each of you an envelope with which to consider your level of generosity for the year to come.
May you discern your giving with a generous heart. Below use the buttons to read the letter and see the pledge card for 2027

Hear Ye, Hear Ye!
Many in our congregation have never heard our church’s own handbells. We are now trying to reorganize to play our handbells this Christmas Eve!
Any and all beginners are invited to join our former ringers. After a few weekly rehearsals, you will be able to basically play and then learn other cool techniques!
By November 7th, please contact David Haley in person or by, phone or email to indicate your interest (or curiosity! Take the opportunity on Sunday October 25th or Nov. 1 to ring one or two handbells yourself. You do not need to be a musician or previously play an instrument – just stand, use your shoulders and wrists and count to four!
Remembrance Sunday
Service of Memory and Hope – November 22, 2026
A Time to Remember
On Sunday, November 22, 2026, we gather for our annual Service of Memory and Hope. This day is set aside for us to reflect on the lives of our loved ones who have passed away — including members of our church family who have died this past year, as well as others we have lost, whether recently or in years past.
During this service, we honor the memory of those who were important to us. We remember the ways they influenced our lives, the love and wisdom they shared, and the unique contributions they made not only to us but to everyone whose lives they touched.
If you have family members, friends, or church members you would like to have remembered during our Remembrance Sunday service, please send their names to [email protected] by Thursday, November 20th.
Your participation helps us celebrate the lives and memories of those we cherish. Together, we create a space to honor their legacies and find hope in the community we share.
