SUMMER CAMP

Jana turns over compost and learns about backyard composting in the Earth Life Explorers Camp, a free day camp for children aged 5-8 (K-3rd grade) who live in and around downtown Bennington.

FREE SUMMER CAMP

Professional and para-professional staff, in cooperation with the One World Conservation Center and the Greater Bennington Interfaith Council, created the camp, which meets 9am to 1pm at Second Congregational Church on Hillside St, Bennington and offers adventures in the natural world, arts and music designed to nurture appreciation of all creation. For information or to register a child for week 2 (July 11-14), 3 (August 1-4) or 4 (August 8-11), contact the church office 442-2559 between 8:30 and 12:30 weekdays or Jane Norrie at 430-4107.
